I've been thinking about making this in the slow cooker. Please share what setting you put it on? Low? High? For how long? I'm glad you guys enjoyed! OGDM always enjoyed this soup!

I ended up using 13 chicken drumsticks (almost 4 lbs) instead of a whole chicken because they were on sale. Those cooked for 5 hours on the high setting and the meat was falling off of the bone. But I think the slow cooker is very flexible, 4-6 hrs prob would have been fine on high, and maybe 6-8 on low? The low range is a guess though. Thanks again!!
