Hi Mr. OGDM! 10 at a time, huh? Is there any other way?! I was on asos.com last night and Mr. Ho asked why I'm always looking at clothes? He wanted to know why women care so much about fashion. I chose not to hear that question and comment and just kept perusing! Can't wait to see you two in September!

Hello, my dear Mrs. OGDM! Thank you for the suggestion. After the Red Pants post, I went crazy searching online for a pair. I decided to go with J brand off the net-a-porter.com site! It was $1 less than the other sites (I don't know why) and free shipping. Can't wait to wear them. I've already got a few outfits in my head! I will have to check out asos.com.

I just finished Bossypants and quite enjoyed it. I am a Tina Fey stan (stalker + fan. I'm down with the lingo) so I was looking forward to reading it. It's a combination of hilarious stories, sage advice, and female encouragement.

I actually want to read The Help and the Jaycee Dugaard (sp?) memoir next. I'll keep your recommendation on the list! Thanks!

A nook... What's the difference between that and a kindle? Either or, I'm not sure. I love a book. I love the weight, the way it smells. I love underlining things or jotting notes in the margins. I love seeing how many pages i have left. The way they get alphabetized in our den. I know those readers have to be convenient. But eh. Book Nerd at heart, I am.

A reader used one of my recipes. This is very exciting for me. Mrs. OGDM writes:

yum! do you think you can get by without okra? i dont even know what okra is. haha. keep the recipes coming! i think i want to try the talapia one too.

Hi friend! Okra is delicious! Especially fried okra! I think you could omit the okra but maybe throw in another bell pepper to make up for it? If you can find crab meat, definitely use that instead of the scallops. I couldnt find fresh crabmeat at the store so that's why i used the scallops. And we THINK Mr. Ho is allergic to crabmeat (seriously, what a shame!) so it was a good thing. Enjoy!
