Squid

I love squid. Raw, steamed, fried, what have you. I've never made it myself though. It's disgusting. You have to peel the skin, gut it, poke out its eyeballs, and squeeze out what I think is it's genitals, all the while having black ink run down your hands.

I think I'll leave it to the experts. Yuck.
