Easy Pasta

4 pieces of Garlic
Handful of Basil
6 Tomatoes of the vine
Half of a red onion
2 scallions
Bag of uncooked frozen shrimp
Half cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
EVOO
Pasta

1. Dice all your veggies
2. Sautée garlic, onions, scallions in EVOO
3. Stir in tomatoes and let it simmer so they break down
4. Stir in shrimp until pink
5. Stir in basil and cheese
6. Salt and pepper to taste
7. Serve over pasta

So easy and tasty! I kind of eye balled everything so you can adjust accordingly.
